These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the Firqui Jewels website and purchasing our demi-fine jewelry. Date: October 21, 2026.

This website is operated by Firqui Jewels. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Firqui Jewels. The technical architecture, design, and software development of this platform are built by Genexa Tech (“Developer”).

  • Merchant Responsibility: Firqui Jewels is the sole merchant of record responsible for all demi-fine jewelry products, pricing, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer care.
  • Developer Disclaimer: Genexa Tech acts exclusively as an independent technology development partner and is not a party to any commercial transaction between you and Firqui Jewels. Genexa Tech makes no warranties regarding the products sold on this website and bears no liability for order fulfillment, product defects, shipping delays, or financial claims.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Online Store Eligibility & General Conditions

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
  • You may not use our jewelry designs, photographs, or website platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and trademark laws.
  • You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

3. Demi-Fine Jewelry Specifications & Disclaimers

Firqui Jewels specializes in demi-fine jewelry crafted from materials including gold vermeil, 18k gold plating, cultured freshwater pearls, and semi-precious stones.

Display & Natural Variations

We make every effort to display colors, metallic finishes, and dimensions accurately. However, because device screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely exact. Slight variations in natural semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, and handcrafted finishes are inherent to authentic demi-fine jewelry and are not considered defects.

Plating Care & Oxidation

Demi-fine jewelry requires proper care and storage. Gold plating will naturally experience fading or oxidation over time if exposed to moisture, sweat, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, or harsh chemicals. Natural wear and tear or tarnishing resulting from improper care is not covered as a manufacturing defect.

Skin Sensitivity

While our jewelry is crafted to be skin-safe and free from harsh irritants such as nickel, individual skin reactions can occur with any metal alloy. Firqui Jewels is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from wearing our pieces.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Modifications to the Service

  • All prices on our website are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Unless stated otherwise, listed prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are borne solely by the customer.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any jewelry collection, product, or service without notice, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

5. Accuracy of Billing, Orders & Cancellations

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Customer Cancellations

Orders placed by customers may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once production begins.

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate shipping, billing, and contact details for all purchases made at our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery Estimates: Dispatch and delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. Firqui Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, weather disruptions, customs clearance, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • Incorrect Shipping Details: If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer, or due to repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all jewelry items pass to you upon confirmed delivery of the parcel to your designated shipping address.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Exceptions

Our returns and exchanges are governed by the following conditions:

  • Return Eligibility: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original Firqui Jewels packaging with all tags, pouches, and invoices intact.
  • Hygiene Exclusion: Due to strict health and hygiene standards, ear cuffs and nose pins are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received in a damaged or defective state.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us at info@firquijewels.com within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographs and an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the original sealed package being opened.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Firqui Brand Content

All jewelry designs, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and text featured on this website are the exclusive property of Firqui Jewels and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our content without express written permission from Firqui Jewels.

Genexa Tech Underlying Software

All rights, title, and interest in the custom website code, software architecture, scripts, and technical frameworks developed by Genexa Tech remain protected under intellectual property laws. You are strictly prohibited from scraping, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of this website.

9. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Except as expressly stated in any written product warranty provided by Firqui, our website and all products delivered to you through the service are provided “as is” and “as available” without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

In no case shall Firqui Jewels, Genexa Tech, or our respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the website or any products procured using the service.

In all circumstances, Firqui Jewels' maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
