Every piece at Firqui is meticulously crafted with attention to detail. Please review our store policies regarding shipping, cancellations and returns to help ensure a seamless shopping experience.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We process and dispatch all jewellery orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your package is dispatched, standard transit times for delivery range from 3 to 7 days, depending on your location.

Complimentary Shipping in India

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India. For international shipments, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Cancellations

If you change your mind, cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the dispatch process has not yet begun.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within standard banking timelines. Transaction processing fees may be non-refundable.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Exceptions

Please review product details carefully before purchase. Pearls and gemstones are natural materials; slight variations in colour, texture or shape from photographs are intrinsic to their natural beauty and do not qualify as defects.

Return Conditions

Return requests must meet all the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • The item must be dispatched back to us within 24 hours of return approval.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unaltered and securely packed in its original packaging.

Exchanges & Manufacturing Faults

We do not offer standard exchanges. However, if a product arrives with a verifiable manufacturing fault, we will arrange a replacement if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the defect.

4. Product Care Guidelines

Your Firqui jewellery is crafted with precision. Proper care is essential to preserve its integrity and longevity.

  • Apply cosmetics, perfumes and hairsprays before putting on your jewellery.
  • Avoid direct exposure to water, extreme humidity and harsh cleaning chemicals.
  • Remove jewellery before exercising, swimming or sleeping.
  • Store each piece individually in its provided soft pouch and gently polish it with a dry microfibre cloth.
